The following project methodology is flexible and can be modified depending on client/ project requirement. Sagacious conveys the customized project plan for client’s approval before starting any project.

» Developing an understanding of the client’s
requirements
» Organizing a conference call with the client to
discuss the understanding of the team
» Conducting non-chargeable preliminary
searches/study to prepare a non-binding project proposal for client’s approval
» On approval by the client, Sagacious starts
working on the project
» Delivering interim report ( interim deliverable) on ~40% completion of the project for client’s feedback
» Incorporating client’s feedback on the interim
deliverable, and accordingly completing the whole project
» Delivering final report (final deliverable) on 100%
completion of the project
» Organizing a conference call with the client to
